Diversity in Design Event Scholarship

AIGA Central Pennsylvania is proud to announce a Diversity in Design Event Scholarship for this October’s Front End Development Workshop in downtown Lancaster. Thanks to Williams Forrest‘s generous financial gift, the chapter is able to accept nominations for and award one (1) paid ticket to the October 8th workshop.

AIGA, on a national and local level, encourages diversity in design and programming. We, as an organization, recognize the lack of diversity within the field and beyond and strive to remedy that through programming and opportunity. This scholarship will be awarded to one (1) community member who demonstrates the desire to achieve.

Nominations will be accepted between Wednesday, August 24th and Wednesday, September 14th. Individuals may nominate themselves, or another AIGA member during this period. Multiple nominations will be counted as (1) one. The recipient will be chosen based on their answer to the following prompt: Why should AIGA Central Pennsylvania award you/the nominee this scholarship? How will this scholarship benefit you/the nominee’s career?

Nominations can be submitted via the form below. For questions about the scholarship, please contact Bri. For questions about the workshop or technical issues, please contact Ryaan.

Submissions are now closed.
