Jim Castanzo – President/Education Chair – Creative consultant and partner at Godfrey in Lancaster and an adjunct faculty member at Pennsylvania College of Art and Design. Jim earned a Fine Art Degree at Wilkes University and did post graduate work at Syracuse University. He can be reached at

Bri PiccariBri Piccari – Chapter Mentor/Vice President of Operations – Digital Art Director at JPL, and President Emeritus of the chapter, Bri’s been around the organization since the spring of 2014. She believes in the power of community, and is passionate about creating opportunity for local designers to level up their skillsets. She also teaches yoga and tends to incorporate it into her leadership style. She graduated from Millersville University with a degree in design and a minor in psychology. She can be reached at

Frederick YocumFrederick Yocum – Treasurer – Currently engaged in freelance graphic design with expertise in digital and print, he also works part-time as Photography Coordinator for Mennonite Central Committee where he exercises his love of building technical systems and visual story telling. He trained as a fine artist and has exhibited in venues in the Britain and the U.S. before developing a career in graphic arts.  He can be reached at

Ryaan Beck – Membership Chair – Ryaan is an UX/UI Designer and Developer at Williams Forrest, where he builds & designs interactive web experiences. He graduated from Millersville University with a degree in Graphic + Interactive Design. He has never fallen off his bike and is a Central Pennsylvania native. He can be reached at

Tom Chaffin – Membership/Chapter Outreach Chair – Currently working as a Freelance UX Designer, Tom believes in the power design has to help people and change communities. Kat Flaherty – Web & Social Media Co-Chair – Graphic Designer at Martin Communications Inc. Kat has been a part of AIGA since 2016 – starting with AIGA Louisville. She believes that her fellow designers can change the world and is a cheerleader for them to integrate what they’re passionate about with design to do just that. When not working she’s probably doing something else with design – be it learning a new skill, freelancing, or experimenting. Adriana Roth – Communications [Co-]Chair – Adriana is a graphic/web designer at White Good MARCOM Agency in Lancaster, where she is the master of visuals for a variety of clients within the luxury interiors niche.  She graduated from Millersville University with a degree in graphic + interactive design and a minor in marketing.  A Central PA native, she is so excited to see design flourish in her community.  She can be reached at
