When you're getting started in design, you don't always know where you want to go and — even if you do — you might not have the option to start right in the space you'd like to be. Building your career is something that takes time and attention to your strengths, interests, and the opportunities around you. Join Ashleigh Axios for a discussion on how to transition or grow into the work that fulfills you. Discuss how to track your strengths and interests as well as identify and develop career opportunities that cater to them.
In advance of this conversation, think about your career development challenges so far, things that have helped you, and things that haven't worked as you hoped. Ashleigh will present and lead a group discussion.
